Build me an OSINT tool that helps someone check whether a username or name exists across lots of social media and website profiles. I want it to work as a simple web app first, with a search box where I can enter one or more usernames, then see likely matches with links, confidence ratings like no, maybe, yes, basic profile info, screenshots if available, and filters for good, maybe, bad, failed, or unknown results.

Also make it usable from the command line for people who prefer that. It should let me search only certain sites, top ranked sites, countries, or site categories, and optionally extract metadata, patterns, titles, descriptions, and profile text. Please include options for timeout, proxy or headers, user agent, logs, JSON output, and saving results.

Keep the interface simple and investigation focused. This is for legitimate safety and research work, so avoid anything invasive, only use publicly available information. Look up current docs online if you need to.
