Build me a full stack data governance platform like qData, with a clean admin dashboard and the main workflows already working end to end.

I want users to log in, manage data sources and projects, then build simple ETL jobs, SQL based data development tasks, and metadata collection tasks. The app should let people browse tables and fields, see metadata versions and comparisons, run quality checks with rules, organize data assets, and expose tables or query results as API services with test and call logs. It should also have a basic online SQL query page and an AI style data Q&A screen where a user can ask questions in plain language and get SQL, charts, and results back.

Please make it feel like a real enterprise product, with roles, menus, departments, logs, and settings. Use the stack that fits this repo, with a separate frontend and backend, and make the UI polished and practical. If you need to check the latest docs for any libraries, do that as you build.
