Build me a really polished NetEase Cloud Music player that works both in the browser and as a desktop app for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

I want it to feel modern and beautiful, with a clean library view, album and artist pages, search, playlist browsing, lyrics, MV playback, daily recommendations, and personal FM. It should let people log in with their NetEase account using QR code, phone, or email, then play music smoothly, including support for overseas users after login. Please include light and dark mode, installable web app support, custom keyboard shortcuts, global shortcuts on desktop, music cloud support, Last.fm scrobbling, and no social feed or chat features.

It should be able to work with a self hosted NetEase music API through an env setting, and ideally support replacing unavailable tracks with alternate audio sources on desktop. Make it easy to run locally and easy to deploy to something like Vercel, a normal server, or Docker. Look up current docs online if you need to.
