Build me a desktop app like FreeTube and OpenTube, but as a clean Tauri app with Vue and TypeScript.

I want it to feel like a lightweight YouTube client where I can search for videos, open a video page, browse channels, and manage a simple watch history and saved videos locally. Make the UI modern and polished with shadcn style components, a dark friendly layout, and a responsive sidebar and main feed.
