Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a simple Python script that generates random Instagram style usernames, mostly 3 to 5 characters long, using letters, numbers, underscores, and dots, then checks whether each username looks available. I want it to print the results clearly in the terminal with some colored text, and if a username seems available, send it straight to my Telegram bot.

When I run it, it should ask me for my Telegram user ID and bot token, then keep checking usernames in a loop. Please make it easy to run from the command line with just one main file and a small requirements file. If the Instagram check method has changed, look up current docs online if you need to and make the best working version you can. Keep it simple, lightweight, and easy for me to use.
