Build me a Jellyfin plugin for AniLiberty that can turn AniLiberty releases into a clean media library.

I want it to generate STRM entries and the supporting metadata so anime shows up in Jellyfin like a proper curated library, with season and episode naming, artwork, NFO files, favorites syncing, and skip intro and outro markers if Jellyfin supports that. It should also handle playback through Jellyfin safely, so HLS streams go through a controlled proxy instead of exposing direct links, and it should keep things stable if the API is flaky or rate limited.

Please include a simple admin page where I can log in, manage tokens, see diagnostics, view logs, and refresh or clean up generated files without touching my own custom metadata. If possible, keep watch progress in sync too. Make it work with current Jellyfin 10.11 and use the current docs online if you need to check anything.
