r-spacex/SpaceX-API ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a SpaceX data API that people can use to look up launches, rockets, cores, capsules, starlink satellites, launchpads, and landing pads from simple REST endpoints.

I want it to return clean JSON like the example in the README, with endpoints for things like the latest launch, past and upcoming launches, and the different SpaceX objects by id. It should feel production ready, with basic docs, tests, and a way to run it locally or with Docker. If there’s a good way to keep the data updated automatically, set that up too.

Please make it easy to browse and use, and keep the response format consistent across the API. If you need current SpaceX or Node docs while building it, look them up online.
