Reverse engineered prompt

I want to build a powerful command-line framework for reverse engineering, kind of like a Swiss-army knife for security analysis. The main thing is that it should let me take apart any binary file—like an app, some firmware, or a game—and see what's going on inside. It should be able to disassemble the code, act as a hex editor, let me debug the program as it runs, and even patch things on the fly.

This tool needs to be super portable, so build it in C to run on a huge number of operating systems and CPU architectures. It's not just for standard PCs, but for all sorts of platforms. It should have a classic UNIX-like feel and be scriptable. Also, please include a package manager so I can easily find and install community plugins, like decompilers or even a graphical user interface.
