Build me a small macOS tool for Claude Code that wakes me up when it actually needs attention.

When Claude gets stuck on a permission prompt, asks a question, or finishes a background task, I want it to wait a few seconds and then play a fullscreen video with sound if I am really away from the keyboard. If I am actively typing, it should stay quiet. It should stop the moment I come back.

I want an easy install and uninstall script that only changes Claude Code settings, plus a simple config file where I can choose how long it waits, which events trigger it, what video it plays, and whether it uses system volume. If no video is chosen, it can pick a random one from a media folder, and if ffplay is not available, use QuickTime as a fallback.

Please make it safe and lightweight, with logging and tests included, and look up current Claude Code hook details online if you need to.
