Build me a self hosted second brain app that gives all my AI tools one shared memory. I want to save notes, decisions, preferences, and project context once, then be able to recall them later from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, or any MCP compatible client. It should let me add new memories, update or append to existing ones, search by meaning instead of exact words, show recent items, and delete things permanently when I need to.

Please make it run on my own Cloudflare account, with a simple web dashboard where I can browse memories, see related connections between them, and manage settings and integrations. It should also support pulling in things from Notion, Obsidian, the browser, iPhone shortcuts, and a command line tool so I can capture stuff from anywhere. If possible, make the setup as easy as you can and look up current Cloudflare or MCP docs online if you need to.
