Build me a clean, beginner friendly documentation site for Field Reliability Engineering using the content already in this repo.

I want someone new to understand what FRE is, why it matters for AI native and customer facing systems, and how to use the FRE Loop, Promise, Signals, Guardrails, Response, and Learning. Make the home page feel practical, not academic. Include clear navigation for the manifesto, principles, quickstart, docs, frameworks, checklists, templates, playbooks, metrics, AI guidance, tools, skills, and the QR Authenticity Service example.

Please make it easy for a team to browse, copy templates, follow checklists, and understand how to prepare for deployments, incidents, rollback, observability, human oversight, and continuous learning. Keep the design simple, trustworthy, and professional. Use the existing markdown files as the source of truth, and do not invent extra methodology beyond what is in the repo. Look up current docs online if you need to.
