Build me a live flash loan arbitrage bot for Base mainnet that watches Uniswap V3 and Aerodrome and looks for price gaps across a bunch of common tokens like USDC, DEGEN, AERO, cbBTC, BRETT, VIRTUAL, and ZORA.

I want it to scan quickly in real time, use websocket block updates, and only try trades when the math says there is a real profit after fees and repayment. It should simulate the trade first so it does not send bad transactions or lose money on failed attempts.

Please include the Solidity flash loan contract and the Python scanner and executor that finds routes, checks pricing, and sends the transaction when an arbitrage is found.
