Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a ROS 2 Humble project that turns a big recorded road dataset into a georeferenced elevation map in one command.

I want to start with a ROS 1 bag, convert it to ROS 2 without needing a ROS 1 install, replay it through FAST LIO2, build a DEM while the data is playing, and then export the results as a GeoTIFF plus point clouds in real world coordinates. Please include a simple script to run the full pipeline, and let me also run the stages separately if I need to debug something.

It should save the live odometry to CSV, keep logs for each step, show progress, and write the final outputs into an output folder with a map preview and some metadata about the georeferencing. The bag conversion should be validated after it finishes, and it would be great if I can limit topics or time ranges for quicker tests. If anything needs current ROS or GDAL details, look up the latest docs online.
