Build me a small Python tool that uses Microsoft Edge’s online voice service to turn text into speech, without needing Edge installed, Windows, or any API key.

I want to be able to use it both from Python and from the terminal. From the command line, it should let me type text, choose a voice, adjust speed, volume, and pitch, then save an audio file and subtitles. It should also be able to play the speech right away if I want that. I’d like a way to list the available voices too.

Please make it feel simple to use, with a few examples and basic tests, and organize it so it is easy to install and run from a normal Python environment. If you need to check current usage details or behavior, look up the latest docs online.
