raptorjs/rapido ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Node.js command line tool called Rapido that helps people scaffold and run reusable commands for different project stacks.

I want it to let me install it globally with npm, then use a short command like rap to create things such as stacks, commands, components, pages, or other project files. It should support custom commands, grouping commands into stacks, and letting me enable one or more stacks when I need them. If more than one stack has the same command, it should ask me which one I want.

Please make it load configuration from rapido.json files in the project or user folders, merge settings sensibly, and use those settings when generating files. I also want nice terminal output, simple prompts for missing info, command line options, and autocomplete support. If you need to check current docs for Node or command line libraries, go ahead and look them up online.
