I want this repo turned into a clean, runnable set of workshop demos I can actually use locally without guessing what goes where. Please wire up each workshop so I can open it, follow a short getting started flow, and see the main idea in action, like picking the right model, breaking a big agent into smaller skills, adding memory across sessions, doing eval driven improvements, and trying the chat based research and incident response examples.

If some of these are only partial workshop materials, keep them lightweight but make the happy path work and clearly label anything that is just a stub or exercise. A simple top level README or landing page that explains what each workshop does, how to run it, and what credentials or local setup I need would help a lot. Please keep the structure easy to explore and make the demos feel polished enough for learning, not production.
