Build me a personal agent I can text through iMessage that runs on my own Claude Code subscription or my Codex or ChatGPT subscription, with setup letting me choose which one to use. I want it to receive and reply through Sendblue, remember things about me over time, spin up focused helper agents for specific tasks, and support simple automations like texting me a morning summary or reminders on a schedule.

Please include a debug dashboard where I can see conversations, agent runs, memory, automations, events, and connected apps. I also want integrations I can connect easily for things like Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, and similar tools, with any real world action staged as a draft first so nothing gets sent without my approval.

Use Convex for storage and memory, including short term, long term, and permanent memory with recall and cleanup. If it’s available, add the optional local Apple data connections and browser based workflows too. Keep it as a solid starting template I can extend later.
