Build me an all in one Nintendo Switch homebrew utility like DBI for managing my own legally owned game backups, saves, and files.

I want it to let me browse the SD card and an external USB drive, install NSP, NSZ, XCI, and XCZ files, and also install from a simple PC companion app over USB. Add a home server option so files can be installed over HTTP from my computer. It should also work as a file manager, with copy, move, delete, new folder, text viewing, hex viewing, image viewing for jpg, png, and psd, plus zip and rar support.

Include tools to view installed applications, updates, DLC, tickets, play activity, and save data. I want save backup and restore, MTP mode for connecting to a PC or Android device, and a simple FTP server. Please include a config file with sensible defaults and make the interface simple enough to use with Switch buttons. Look up current docs online if you need to.
