Build me an Android app called Stash that syncs a user’s Spotify and YouTube Music library onto their phone.

I want it to let people connect their Spotify and YouTube Music accounts, choose which playlists, liked songs, and daily mixes to bring in, then either download tracks for offline listening in lossless quality or keep a lightweight online library index for streaming without using much storage.
