Build me a lightweight Windows desktop app that wraps WhatsApp Web in a clean native window.

I want it to feel fast and minimal, not like a big Electron app, and it should keep my WhatsApp login saved after I close it and reopen it. Please add system tray behavior so closing the window sends it to the tray, and I can restore it from there. It should support multiple WhatsApp accounts, with each account keeping its own session, notifications, and window state, so I can switch between them without losing anything. Also make the app remember size, position, and whether the window was maximized.

Use the Windows dark title bar if possible, support camera and microphone access for calls, and show desktop notifications for new messages. If WebView2 is missing, show a friendly prompt to install it. Please make it a single instance per account, so opening it again focuses the existing window. Keep the build simple and small, and if you need to check current docs for WebView2 or Windows APIs, look them up online.
