Build me the first working version of this bus depot locator app.

I want a mobile app for bus drivers that logs in, opens to a home screen, then goes to an indoor map for a depot. The app should connect to the backend right away, scan nearby BLE iBeacons on Android, and use that data to show the depot area and the driver’s current position on the map. After that, the user should be able to choose whether they are looking for a parking spot or for their assigned bus, and the app should show the right destination and directions.

Please keep the indoor map as reusable components, make the loading states feel polished, and wire it up so the app can talk to the backend in real time. Use the existing Supabase auth flow, and if you need current docs for any library or API, look them up online first.
