Build me a web app called Mustarrd that works like a DVR for IPTV catchup.

I want to connect one or more IPTV accounts, browse the program guide, and download past shows from the last few days, plus schedule future shows to grab automatically when they air. It should let me preview a channel or program in the browser before downloading, and it should name files nicely for TV, movies, and sports so they’re ready for Plex, Jellyfin, or just storage.

Please include a simple admin setup, a clean dashboard for active downloads, scheduled recordings, and download history, and clear status messages when something is failing or the drive is getting low on space. I also want commercial skipping support, where it can either cut ads out or mark them for playback skipping, and it should support saving as ts, mkv, mp4, or re encoded smaller files. If it makes sense, add Plex integration so finished files can be pushed into a library and users can request content.
