Build me a playful Swift app called Googly Eyes, with a Mac menu bar app and a matching iPhone app.

I want a little blueberry character on the phone that pairs with the Mac over the same Wi Fi, then follows my mouse around and points at things with his own cursor. I should be able to double tap him on the phone or press Option Space on the Mac to wake him up, press and hold to ask him something, and let go to hear his answer in a speech bubble with a small chirp from the phone. He should be able to look at what is on screen, point at text or spots, go to sleep, and optionally use the computer by clicking, typing, scrolling, dragging, opening apps, and opening websites, but only when I allow it.
