Build me a Yocto layer for RDK video support that I can drop into an existing RDK build. I want it to organize the recipes for the main pieces a video device needs, like multimedia, graphics, connectivity, device services, and any common support code, so I can build a working image for a set top box or similar device.

Please make it feel like a real reusable layer, with the usual Yocto metadata, recipes, and configuration needed to compile cleanly and be easy to extend. If anything is unclear from the existing files, look up the current docs online and fill in the sensible defaults. I’d also like the repo to have the basic project docs and contributor notes in place so it’s usable by another engineer without a lot of handholding.
