Build me an email verification tool that can tell whether an email address probably exists without actually sending an email.

I want it to work as a simple HTTP service I can run in Docker, plus a command line tool for checking from my own computer. The main input is an email address, with an optional SOCKS5 proxy for the server version. The response should be clear JSON that says if the address is safe, risky, invalid, or unknown.

Please check the basics like email format, domain and MX records, disposable email providers, role accounts like support or info, whether the SMTP server can be reached, whether the mailbox looks deliverable, disabled, full, or catch all. Return the details in a way another app could easily use.
