realm/realm-java ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to get this Realm Java project building cleanly and make sure the example app works on Android.

Please set it up so I can open it in Android Studio, build it, and run a simple demo that saves, lists, updates, and deletes a few records using Realm as the local database. If there are any missing bits, broken docs, or build issues, fix them so the repo is easy to use from scratch.

If you need to check current setup details or Android Gradle guidance online, go ahead and look them up. Keep the changes focused on the existing project, and make sure the final result is something a normal Android developer could clone, build, and try right away.
