Build me a simple way to make illustrated animated stories and explainers from a script.

I want the project to include a drawing and animation setup with a few different visual styles, a film template, and a way to preview and render the final video locally. It should support narration, captions, and background music, and let me use either built in voice clips or generate new speech if I choose to connect a voice service. It would be great if there are a couple of complete example stories I can run right away so I can see how everything fits together.

Please make it easy to install, easy to copy into a new project, and easy to rebuild without messing up the original files. If you need to check current docs for any tools, go ahead and look them up online. I also want the finished output to be a playable final video, with a quick preview option first so I can see the frames before doing the full render.
