I want a self hosted web panel called Rebecca for managing Xray based proxy accounts from one simple dashboard. Please make it feel easy for an admin to create and manage users, set traffic caps and expiry dates, support recurring limits like daily or weekly resets, and generate share links plus QR codes. It should handle Vmess, VLESS, Trojan, and Shadowsocks, allow more than one protocol per user, support multiple nodes, and show basic system status and traffic stats.

I also want a backend API, a usable CLI, and the Telegram bot support mentioned in the project so I can manage things in different ways. Make the dashboard accessible through a domain with SSL, with the localhost tunnel option for testing, and include the setup flow to create the first full access admin. Docker based install should work, and source install is a nice backup. Keep the app practical and production friendly, and look up current docs online if you need to.
