Build me a modern ethical OSINT investigation tool called Flowsint. I want a clean web app where I can create an account, add things like domains, IPs, emails, phone numbers, organizations, people, websites, crypto wallets, ASNs, and CIDR ranges, then explore how they connect on a visual graph.

The main experience should feel like an investigation canvas. I add one piece of information, run enrichers, and the app adds related nodes and links, like DNS results, subdomains, WHOIS details, IP info, ASN ranges, website links, trackers, text, social username matches, breach checks, crypto transactions, and organization domains. It should stay fast even with lots of nodes.

Please make privacy a big part of it. Everything should run locally on my machine and store data locally. Include account registration, no default login, clear ethical use warnings, and a simple local setup with Docker. Make the UI polished, dark mode friendly, and easy for a nontechnical investigator to understand. Look up current docs online if you need to.
