Build me an open source threat intelligence sharing platform for security teams. I want analysts to be able to collect, store, search, and share cyber threat information like indicators, malware details, incidents, reports, tactics, and related notes.

The app should have a clean web interface where users can create events, add attributes and objects, write Markdown reports, comment on findings, and see how indicators are connected through correlations and simple graphs. It should support granular sharing rules, sharing groups, proposals or edits from other analysts, and syncing information with other trusted instances.

Please include import tools for text, URLs, CSV, JSON, and STIX style data, plus exports for common security tools like IDS formats, plain text, CSV, JSON, and STIX. Add a useful API so other tools can search, add, and update threat data. Include roles, permissions, audit friendly activity, and basic workflows for reviewing, enriching, and publishing intelligence.
