Build me a Tizen TV app that makes watching streaming sites much nicer by removing ads and skipping sponsored segments automatically. It should also support picture in picture, let me change video speed, and clean up video titles with DeArrow so they are less clickbaity.

I want it to work as a TizenBrew module, and also be usable as a standalone app if possible. Keep it simple for the TV remote, make the interface easy to navigate, and make sure it feels smooth on a Tizen TV.

If you need to check current setup details or API behavior, look up the latest docs online first. Please wire it up so it can be installed easily and just works on a TV without a lot of setup.
