Build me a command line tool for CapCut and JianYing projects that can open a local draft folder, read the project data directly, and make edits without needing any server or API. I want to be able to inspect a project, list tracks and media, change subtitles, trim clips, adjust timing, speed, and volume, and apply reusable templates or text styles. It should also support turning long videos into short clips, importing and exporting SRT and VTT subtitles, and doing a simple preview render so I can check the result before opening it in CapCut.
