Build me a free offline first point of sale app for small shops in Indonesia. I want it to work fully on the device with no server, no login to a cloud, and no internet required after install. It should have a cashier screen with cart, discounts, payment, change calculation, barcode scanning, open bills, receipt printing, product and stock management, suppliers, sales reports, and backup and restore. Make it responsive so it works well on phones and tablets, with dark mode and a simple theme color picker.
