Can you turn this repo into a working frontend app for me? There isn’t a useful README, so please inspect the existing files and build something clean and complete from what’s already in the frontend folder.

I want it to feel like a real small web app, not just a blank starter page. Make the landing screen polished, responsive on phone and desktop, and easy to understand. Use plain JavaScript and whatever setup is already there. If the project is missing basic wiring, add it so I can install it, run it locally, and see the app in the browser without errors.

Please clean up any messy starter code, add simple reusable sections or components if that fits, and make the styling look modern but not overcomplicated. Add clear instructions in a README for how to run it. If you need current docs for the tooling, look them up online.
