Hey, can you build me a simple app to play around with this open-source text-to-speech project called Chatterbox? I'd like a basic web interface, maybe using Gradio since the repo seems to have examples for it.

The main thing is that I want to type in some text, upload a short reference audio clip of a voice, and then have the app read the text back in that voice. It should let me try out the different models mentioned in their README. Please include a way to test the fast "Turbo" model and use its special paralinguistic tags like [laugh] and [cough]. I also want to be able to switch to the "Multilingual" model and select a target language from a dropdown.

Just set up the project, install the right dependencies, and create a simple web app that combines these features so I can easily generate and listen to the audio output.
