Build me a simple, polished Android app for making synced lyric files for songs. I want to open an audio file on my phone, paste or import lyrics, then tap a big TAG button as each line starts so the app stamps the right time on that line. It should have a built in player with play and pause, scrubbing, skip forward and back by 5 seconds, and playback speed from half speed to one and a half speed so tagging is easier.

I also want to be able to edit lyric lines live, drag to reorder them, delete a line, undo mistakes, untag one line, or reset all timestamps and start over. When I’m done, let me copy the finished LRC text or save a .lrc file anywhere on the device, with an optional timestamp offset.

Please make it fully offline, save drafts automatically when I leave, and give it a clean minimalist look with dark, light, AMOLED black, and Android 12 and newer dynamic colors. Look up current docs online if you need to.
