Build out this Python project into a simple web app called Jotleaf.

I want a clean, lightweight place where someone can create, view, and organize text notes or little written entries, with a basic processing flow behind the scenes if that makes sense for the app. Keep the interface simple and polished, and make it feel ready to use rather than like a demo.
