Build me a Claude Code plugin called Harness that helps someone turn a project idea into a custom team of agents and skills.

The user should be able to say things like “build a harness for this project” or “design an agent team for this domain” and the plugin should analyze the domain, pick a good team setup, create specialized agent definitions, create reusable skills for them, and include a way to validate or dry run the result. It should support common team patterns like pipeline, expert pool, producer and reviewer, supervisor, and delegation.

Please include clear README docs, install instructions for Claude Code, example prompts for things like research, website building, comics, and content planning, plus a simple landing page and privacy page. Keep the language friendly and practical, not too academic. Look up current Claude Code plugin docs online if you need to.
