Build me a simple local tool for testing prompts with DeepSeek V4 Flash and keeping track of the results.

I want to paste in a prompt, send it to the model, and see the reply right away, with a clean history of what I asked and what it answered. It should be easy to reuse old prompts, copy results, and compare different runs side by side. If you think it helps, add a basic settings area for things like the model name, API key, and temperature, but keep the whole thing lightweight and easy to run.
