Build me a beautiful Flutter weather app called ClearBreeze Forecast that feels premium and polished.

I want it to show live weather and air quality for my current location, and also let me search for cities with matching results so I can pick the right one. Make the interface theme aware with a smooth light and dark mode toggle, and use nice adaptive backgrounds that change with time of day and weather conditions. I also want a clean glassy card style, animated gauges, and a really nice looking home screen.

Please include temperature in Celsius and Fahrenheit, feels like temperature, wind, humidity, pressure, hourly forecast, rain chance, and AQI if available. If some data is missing, the app should clearly say so instead of making anything up. Save the user’s theme choice and recent searches locally.

Use live weather data with no key if possible, and make air quality work with a free API key passed in at build time. If you need to, look up current docs online before wiring it up.
