Build me a fast terminal app for browsing and managing databases that feels very Vim like and stays out of the way until I need it.

I want it to connect to PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite, let me search tables quickly, inspect columns, indexes, foreign keys, triggers, and the table definition, and run SQL with autocomplete and query history. It should also let me edit cells or delete rows, but always show me the SQL and a clear warning before anything changes. Please add a read only mode too, so I can safely look around without risking writes.

It would be great if I could view query plans, copy values, export CSV, and browse or edit JSON fields when the database supports them. For PostgreSQL and MySQL, I also want an easy way to generate ER diagrams and open them in the browser. Use the database native command line tools where possible, and make the keybindings feel natural for Vim users.
