Build me a Windows version of The Sims 1 that feels playable on a modern PC.

I want it to work with a legitimate copy of The Sims: Complete Collection, and I want the game to launch cleanly, run at higher resolutions and refresh rates, and use a nicer modern interface instead of the old cramped one. It should also support the 3D look with community mesh models, plus improved lighting and shadows so the game feels better on current hardware.

If you can, include the object editor and creator tools from the FreeSO side too, since that seems useful for tweaking or making game objects. It does not need to be perfect, but it should be a solid Windows desktop experience for actually playing the game, not just a demo.

Look up current docs online if you need to, and keep the setup as simple as possible for someone who just wants to run it.
