Build me a clean personal resume website for the AWS Cloud Resume Challenge.

I want a simple static site that shows my resume, a short about me section, skills, experience, projects, and contact links, with a polished modern look that works well on desktop and mobile. Please include a visitor counter on the page that loads from a backend function and updates each time someone visits.
