Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a clean personal resume website for the AWS Cloud Resume Challenge.

I want a simple static site that shows my resume, a short about me section, skills, experience, projects, and contact links, with a polished modern look that works well on desktop and mobile. Please include a visitor counter on the page that loads from a backend function and updates each time someone visits.

Set it up the way this kind of project is usually done in AWS, with the site hosted from object storage and delivered through a fast global front door, plus a custom domain and SSL. Use an API style backend for the counter with a small serverless function and a database to store the count. I also want the infrastructure defined as code so it can be created and updated repeatably, and a simple automated deploy flow so pushing changes to the frontend updates the live site.

If you need to check current AWS or Terraform docs online while building it, go ahead.
