Build me a luxury fashion e commerce app with two sides, one for shoppers and one for sellers.

I want shoppers to be able to browse a polished storefront, view product details, pick size and color variants, see price and stock update right away, add items to cart, save things to a wishlist, and check out with Razorpay. Sellers should have their own dashboard where they can add and edit products, upload multiple images, set variant pricing and stock, and remove products cleanly when needed.

Please include sign up, login, Google login, and role based access so buyers and sellers only see what they should. Use a modern, high end look with smooth animations and a responsive layout that feels premium. Make the cart and inventory logic reliable on the server, and store data in MongoDB with an Express and React setup. If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead.
