Build me a production ready AI app that lets me drop PDF documents into a folder and then chat with them like a smart assistant.

I want it to answer questions from the documents in a clean CLI, support one off queries and multi turn conversations, and save results to a file if I want. It should work well with big PDFs, handle retries and caching so it does not reprocess everything every time, and have a simple health check command so I can verify the setup.

Please include support for images and charts inside PDFs when possible, plus multilingual answers for Indian languages if the right API key is set. Make it easy to run locally and with Docker Compose, with a sample env file and clear setup instructions. Also add tests for the main pieces like chunking, embeddings, retry logic, and cache invalidation.
