Build me a Go library for making rich terminal apps, with a clean set of reusable widgets like input forms, text views, text areas, tables, lists, trees, buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, modals, and flexible layouts.

I want it to be easy to drop into a project and use right away, with a simple application wrapper that can run a full screen terminal interface. Make sure the widgets feel interactive and keyboard friendly, and let them be styled and customized without too much effort.

It would be great if you also include a few small demo examples so I can see how to build a basic screen, a form, a table, and a menu. If you need to check current Go docs or terminal behavior details online, go ahead and do that.
