Build me a simple full stack complaint tracking app where people can sign up, log in, and submit a complaint, then see it move through Open, In Review, and Resolved.

I want a clean frontend with a dashboard, a page to create a new complaint, and a detail page to view each complaint and its current status. After logging in, users should stay signed in with a token, and private pages should be protected so people can’t access them without an account.

On the backend, set up the API, database, and authentication so the app actually works end to end. Use MongoDB for storing users and complaints, and make sure passwords are saved securely.
