Build me a Python tool called oh my hermes that adds a stronger operating layer on top of Hermes Agent without replacing it.

I want a simple install once experience, where someone can run one install command, then use omh setup, omh update, and omh doctor to manage it. It should make normal requests in Hermes turn into clear workflows with planning, research, creation, coding handoffs, operations, and project memory, and it should be honest about what it knows and what it has actually done.

Please include the managed skills and routing so Hermes can pick the right workflow, and make it work from both the terminal and the Hermes style agent flow. Add good docs, examples, and basic tests so it feels like a real project someone can actually use. If you need to check the latest Hermes Agent docs or patterns online, do that.
