Reverse engineered prompt

I want to build a really high-performance command-line tool for network scanning. I found a project called 'masscan' which says it's an internet-scale port scanner that's way faster than nmap, capable of scanning the whole internet in just a few minutes.

The main thing I need is speed for checking massive IP address ranges. It should let me specify the target subnets and the ports I want to scan. I also want it to be able to do "banner grabbing," so it can try to figure out what service is running on an open port, like if it's an HTTP server, FTP, or SSH. The usage should be simple and feel familiar if you've used nmap before.

Please build this tool for me. It's written in C, and I need a working executable I can run from my terminal. It should also have the option to save the scan results into an XML file.

Are you gonna build this?
