Build me an unofficial desktop client for Voxiom.io called Voxtulate Client. I want it to feel like a polished game companion app, not just a browser tab in a window.

It should open Voxiom.io inside a desktop app and include a simple in game menu you can open with F1, plus handy shortcuts like reload, fullscreen, and dev tools. Please add the features players would actually want, like an ad blocker, FPS uncap, Discord rich presence, support for a custom voxtulate link protocol, proxy domain support, and import and export for both client settings and in game settings.
